What confidentiality means at John 5:6 Mentoring

Your name stays here

No names, identifying information, or details about your situation are ever shared with anyone — including family members, employers, churches, or organizations — unless and without your explicit written consent.

All sessions are conducted virtually

Every mentoring session takes place via secure video or phone call — from wherever you feel safe. There is no waiting room, no office to walk into, and no risk of being seen. You choose the time and the space.

No record of sessions is shared or stored publicly

Session notes are used only to support your personal journey. They are never shared with third parties, posted, published, or used in any marketing without your express permission.

Your contact form is private

Any information you submit through the contact form or appointment booking is only seen by me, your mentor. It is not visible to the public, sold, or shared with any outside party.

A word to men in high-profile roles

I know that for some men, the stakes of this struggle feel impossibly high. You may hold a security clearance, be a pastor, an executive, a physician, a law enforcement officer, a public official, or someone whose family, career, or community standing depends on your reputation. The thought of anyone finding out may feel more terrifying than the addiction itself. I know because I am one of the above.

I want you to know you are exactly who I am here for. I understand the unique weight you carry. I understand what is at stake. And I am committed to protecting your privacy with the same seriousness and care with which you protect those entrusted to you.

You do not have to choose between getting help and protecting what you have built. You can do both, right here.
